Mondays- Face to Face, Pickup 4:15 PM | Wednesdays- Virtual, 3:30-4:30 PM
There will be one virtual session per week, alternating between Reading & Math.
Who participates in Extended Learning?
Selected students in Grades 3-5.
When will I know if my child was selected?
Notifications will be sent home with students on Friday, August 30, 2024. Please return the green information sheet with your child.
How are students selected?
Students selected for this program were identified through their performance on the IReady diagnostic assessment and/or the Georgia Milestones (GMAS) from Spring 2024.
What do students learn in Extended Learning?
Students receive targeted support with Reading, Math, and 5th Grade Science using Measuring Up Live resources as well as hands-on performance tasks.

A Day in Extended Learning
F2F Schedule: Hands on learning only- no devices
- 2:45-2:55- Snacks in Café
- 2:55-3:00: Transition to Classrooms
- 3:00-3:05- Fluency Five
- 3:05-4:05PM Teaching & Learning
- 4:05-4:10PM Pack & Clean up
- 4:10-4:15PM- Transition to front for dismissal
